Ordered my pizza online for carry out got my pizza I ordered two pizza bread sticks and wings nothing was hot pizza didn’t have pesto drizzle and finally the pizza was very undercooked and gummy it was not edible I called up there and the manager got on the line and tried to tell me it was the extra sauce I only ordered extra sauce on one pizza that I also made a note on the online order for it to be cooked well done both pizzas were undercooked after putting me on hold for a long time asked if I wanted a refund or them to make it again I decided to give it another shot and these pizzas were worse than the first still missing the pesto and still very undercooked I do not recommend this place it’s late so I will be calling tomorrow for a refund

Went in to use the restroom and then order some pizza. The men’s bathroom would not lock. The lock and door handle were loose. Was a single use restroom. The dining room was full of smoke. Decided not to order pizza because if the lack of maintenance on the bathroom door was any representation of this store, then I wonder what isn’t up to code in the kitchen.

I placed a to-go order and had such a great experience! Micah was so friendly and helpful, and everything was ready quickly and perfectly packed. Great service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

Made the drive to dine in for dinner family of 8. Arrived at 8:45. They told us they closed dine in at 9pm. Mind you we arrived prior to 9pm and they close till 10pm .

We decided to give Pizza Hut another try after several months, hoping for a better dine-in experience with the family. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. The last time we visited, we ended up walking out due to slow service—and this time, we were told it would be over an hour just to get our pizza if we stayed. Disappointing to see that not much has changed. At this point, it might be another six months (or longer) before we consider returning.

I’ve been here twice. First time was fine, second time was a disaster.
This evening (22 May @ ~1720) they got the toppings right on the pepperoni/sausage, but as you can see, something weird was going on with the dough. The crust looked questionable and not presentable at all, and after serving two slices, the crust was literally falling apart. This pic was not me pulling apart crust in any way. I don’t even know how this is possible. I also found a long strand of hair on the pizza so maybe they were searching for it and destroyed the pizza in the process?
The second pizza was supposed to have four toppings but came as basic pepperoni. I live too far away to drive it back, so I’ll just eat this and never go back.
Some other minor things for management to make improvements:
Tonight I showed up and my order wasn’t ready yet, despite it saying it was online. I saw a very similar order just sitting on the table by the pizza oven. Finally after four minutes of waiting, and no additions to the order at all (including sauces), the girl walks those items to the warming oven and the screen changes to “ready.” Sure enough, this was my order. I obviously don’t know your processes, but I’m guessing completed items shouldn’t just be sitting out that long just cooling off? The time previous, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet despite it saying it was on the screen. , the employee was confused and looked around for a couple of minutes until he found my chicken wings somewhere separate from the rest of my items. He started arguing with another employee as to why they weren’t in the right place. It’s crazy that there were two separate issues with item accountability during both of my visits.
It’s also off-putting when you have already paid in full online, pick up, yet before they give you your items they ask you to look at the little screen and it asks for a tip. For what? What service have you rendered?
This place has only 2 stars on yelp with 82 reviews. I should have listened, but hoped for the best. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Oh my goodness. Whoever has been managing this place in the past 12 to 18 months need to check the quality of the pizza going out the door. Another disappointment after staying away from this location for almost a year. Asked for extra sauce and once again barely zero sauce. May as well be earing cheesy bread sticks with the petty amount of sauce on here. I'm completely done with ever returning

Glitch in the app made things slow for my reward's offer on points for the free item, the employee understood and after his policy procedure control he gave me my reward's offer and thanked me for choosing Pizza Hut and we appreciate your business with us.
