Dined in today at this location and man it was perfect! I love the nostalgia of the old Pizza Hut look and it did not disappoint. Nice and clean inside even though there were a lot of tables of kids around. Service was fantastic, Paul and who I assume was the manager were super attentive despite the busyness and checked on us when needed.
It was really nice seeing a manager (I assume) actually working and helping the employees and the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks y’all!

Bathroom was disgusting. Didn't want to use it at all. Pizza quality was not good. Extremely greasy to where the pizza was just floppy and soaked with grease. Kids pizza was better than the large pizza we ordered. Definitely not worth the price. Service was good we liked the look of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Super affordable kids pizza when dining in. Had small kids area which is nice.

I wanted to dine in. We called and asked till when will the dine in be open they said till 10 We reached almost till 8:45 ish to 9. They told us it's closed. But we told them of our phone call. Then on it was all downhill. We should have decided to not eat that day. Our super supreme pizza had two toppings which were mostly there. Mushrooms and sausage. Garlic cheese bread was just cheese bread. Our wings had too much salt. We barely ate one pizza and packed rest and left. The guy who had to service us instead of the server whose shift ended just as we entered. He tried his level best. But he had to do too many things alone rest all just gawked around him. There is a reason dineins are disappearing. The people just don't want to serve anymore. Very disappointing when you drive 25 mins to go somewhere and end up bring treated worse then a pickup order.

I love pizza hut pizza. I love the toy area they have for my son and hus friends. The service is a hit or miss but your dinning at a pizza hut not a five star restaurant. It works for me!

I stopped by this location because my toddler had to use the restroom. However, all the rude female employee kept asking was whether we had an online order and REFUSED to allow us to use the bathroom or even enter the restaurant, even after explaining that I had potty-training a toddler. Meanwhile, a male employee just kept cackling in the background, and I assume he found this interaction hilarious.
All I can say is that kindness goes a long way. I would have happily purchased dinner for my girls and me if the customer service had been better (or even existed). It was already close to dinner time, and my kids love pizza. However, I will never spend money at this establishment again after this experience.

The service and food were great up to around the middle of this year, 2024. I noticed the quality began falling off and haven't been since August. Gave them another chance this past Sunday, November 24rh around 5pn. I won't be back here for another year after this last experience. Toʻ many other quality pizza places nearby
