My first time trying this place it was pretty good!! Food tasted very fresh and they were very kind while taking my order. My bowl is the Lobster bowl I added chicken and avocado !! Thank you so much for the delicious food!!! I would recommend 10/10

Iāve gone here plenty of times now and I absolutely love the food but I almost always consistently have one issue with the service every single time I go here. Itās really not their fault but they donāt have a single English speaking person at the front so they almost always mess up my order somehow. Sometimes itās the drink, sometimes itās the entire bowl, something always gets messed up with my order. Again, not their fault but I really think there should be someone that speaks English working at the front. The restaurant is never crowded and usually pretty quiet, very rarely a line. Very relaxing. š£

Great food, but sadly impractical price-wise for a family. $34 for a bowl and a nori-wrapped burrito, no drinks, was steep. But it is an occasional treat because it really is good and healthy food. I just wish the pricing was closer to $10 versus 17.

I love Pokeworks for a quick, healthy option for dinner! I usually get the Yuzu Ponzu Salmon bowl, and it is delicious. Their service is really good and we enjoy it everytime!
Our first experience here at the Georgetown Poke was great! Friendly (and patient) service- food was super fresh&healthy. They were super helpful and tƱprovided guidance regarding spicy level! Hand to try their Mango lilikoi- awesome!!! šš¼ thanks for a great eating experience! Iāll be ordering through app!

After enjoying this company for over a year, itās sad to say that my family is officially worried about using the company again. A few months ago, I let it slide that our order was not done properly. I thought humans make mistakes and so I ate the cost to me. Today, the mistake was too much and the way in which is was handled was something I hoped I could address and make amends with the company. After ordering a lunch that was never delivered (not the fault of the driver as they are claiming), I could not get confirmation for refund over the phone. After a long day at work I had to drive to Poke only to be told sure we will give you a refund. Nothing else. No apology for having to teach all day without the meal I paid for and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of refusing to give me a refund over the phone, causing me to have to drive to them. First review I have ever written because I hate being this person. I just donāt want another exhausted mom to have to deal with this.

love the food its always fantastic
First time at pokeworks and I was pleasantly surprised..great selection of seafood, veggies and condiments! The service is great too, staff was very patient considering it was my first time. You're not pressured to move quickly.

Nice staff. The huli huli chicken plate is really good. I really liked the maccaroni too. Chicken was super tender, dont need a knife. Very stuffed!
