very tasty food, we usually order on-line line for pick up and it's pretty quick.

Unsure if it was an off day but they had little care when making my bowl. I believe her name was Maria and she kept rushing me through my bowl (I wasn't slow at all). During the sauce section I asked for medium sauce and then a little of the sweet shoyu. She then doubled the sauce amount with the sweet shoyu. My bowl was so sweet I didn't even finish it. Just a bummer for the price I'm paying.
Atmosphere wise it was way too warm inside, and there was no room for the line. So it snaked in-between tables awkwardly once people arrived after me. Not the biggest deal but I'm sure it sucks when it's busy in there.

Today I went with my daughter to the Georgetown location. The lady at the Counter was icy cold and very unfriendly with us. As she explained how to build the bowl and we asked for ingredients not in the right order, she showed irritation. Then we checked out, never gave me my receipt, didn't tell me where napkins were, or that they would bring our drinks to the table. She quickly went on to the next customer, a man who she spoke Spanish with. Little did she realize I speak Spanish & understood everything. Opposite scenario. Super friendly with him. Explained everything with patience. Told him about a rewards program. Which she never mentioned to us. And said if he gives her a good review, he would get extra rewards. Then she told him her name Carol. It was just him. We spent almost $60. My daughter and I witnessed this in disbelief (she also speaks Spanish). The bowls were really fresh and delicious but we will never be back because of her awful and shamefull customer service

I'm a regular at this Georgetown location and the staff here is always nice and attentive. But I really need to give Andrea some special recognition. From the moment I walk through the door, she's always smiling and friendly. She's patient when I'm indecisive about toppings, makes solid recommendations, and her positive energy is infectious. She genuinely makes me feel valued every time I walk in. She turns what could just be a quick lunch into something I actually look forward to all week. That kind of service is rare.
The food is always fresh, the fish is high quality, and the portions are generous. The bowls are consistently well-prepared and everything is flavorful. If you're in Georgetown and craving poke, this is the spot.

I’ve never had an issue here before, but today I paid $35 for two bowls that were only about 1/4 full. When I asked for an extra side of noodles (knowing I would pay), the cashier attempted to charge me for a side of rice, which was more expensive. I overheard her telling her coworker in Spanish (my primary language) that she was going to charge me for rice instead because she thought the noodles were too cheap. Her coworker corrected her and told her to charge me properly. Despite this, I was still prompted to leave a 20% tip. Overall, a disappointing experience.
