on 9/17 the drive through worker wasn't too friendly and needs to work on her customer service. I think her name was Leanne, or something along those lines didn't smile a single time and seemed miserable:/ I've never had a bad experience with Starbucks nor with the workers. they're always so friendly and welcoming unlike this last time I went. won't be going back to the wolf ranch location unfortunately.

Food quality is as expected. Staff is friendly but slow to the point that it is really upsetting. If you want your drink the same day, this may not be the place for you.

Just a reminder for the employees. It is a food service violation to touch body parts like hair or nose and not wash hands. Sniffling and wiping your nose with your fingers before grabbing food isn't appetizing nor healthy.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, I always ask for the same one and today I only get something white, I went up to him and asked him if that was what I had ordered and he said yes, that I wanted it with coffee, that I had to tell the order. that? I thought the mocha was coffee and he just turned and walked away.I found out that what they gave me was a white chocolate cream.I never asked for that.

Ordered 3 specialty coffees. Paid 17.00, and when we went back for a refill of hot or cold coffees, Hope had to ask if we could get hot or cold coffee free. She was told yes as long as we ordered ANY coffee on our APP. She misunderstood. Hope proceeded to argue that we had to purchase 2 more hot or cold coffees for 10.00 in order to get the free coffee. She scanned my app and took money off our card and I tried to explain they were free. I never got my money back from when she scanned my card and never received my coffee. I would give the coffee a 4 star for the taste and 1 star for the staffs knowledge of their process. Also very upset and won't be ordering from here again.

This location was out of a ton of drinks on the menu, and was also understaffed (should be 3-4 workers instead of just 2), so the line was quite long. Theres also no order ahead online available. Poor management and poor experience, won’t be back
