I come in sometimes to do some shopping and stop by Starbucks for a coffee, Leila is awesome! Whenever I order from her the drinks are perfect, she’s very conversational and kind, and she writes fun notes on my pastry bag and cup.
My husband ordered two venti lattes this morning (4-20). When he got home we discovered they were super sweet and had cinnamon in them. AWFUL! How can they screw up so much? The help seems to change weekly and they don't know what they are doing.
Fast, friendly and accurate order handed to you at the drive-through, or at the counter inside. Baristas always nice and bright, no matter what time of day, and on top of things across all locations of this consistent chain. And they care to get your very specific, ridiculous order right before it is handed to you.

This Starbucks is struggling! There’s only one barista, and it’ll take at least ten minutes even just for a hot tea. The drinks also never taste right. Worth the time to go drive to a different store!!

I refuse to take the family anymore to Starbucks because EVERYTHING has become too expensive AND in smaller amounts. Plus the new CEO is being given a Private Jet to commute from his house in LA to go back and forth to the main office in Seattle. Maybe just relocate the CEO, like the rest of us, instead of passing on that cost to the consumer?

How can you go to Starbucks? That's said open, and you can't order because the worker is outside sitting with a phone. Horrible customer service. That's my first bad experience on Starbucks.

Inconsistent brewing experience each time we go there. My wife asked for a vanilla latte and enjoyed it the first time. After that, the taste was never the same. Certainly not worth the exorbitant cost they ask for a small cup. No more wasting $$$.

The coffee here is so gross! I’ve tried it multiple times and it’s so bad. Also the service is super slow.
I’ve gon to this starbucks every time i shop here (a lot) im usually given the wrong drink, but i usually ignore it. Today was the last straw. I walk over to the register to see the employee is sketching something. i smile and say “Hi! How are you?” didnt even bother to look up, she continues sketching and during this whole conversation she was mumbling and she says “what.” i say “can i redeem my points here? i qualify for a drink” and she looks at me with a disgusted look and says “yah..” i say “great ok! what size can i get with the amount i can redeem?” she says “uh what?” stares at her drawing “grande” i say “okay!” and i order a grande matcha and give her my phone to scan. she swipes on a gift card that had a balance of like .20 and scans it. i said “thats-“ she cuts in saying “looks like u dont have enough points sooo” i say “oh ok… ill just pay.” i pay with another gift card and she starts to make me drink. she hands me my drink with the most attitude. i say “have a good one!” she ignores me and just keeps sketching. ithonestly baffles me how rude and how much it seemed like i was a bother…if i see her at that starbucks, ill just stay away. This has happened to so many people as i read these reviews.. seriously starbucks interview these people..
