Terrible customer service and they refuse to take local coupons. Very disappointing.

The food is delicious but the service sucks. After I paid I asked the worker for a cup and she completely ignored me and started helping the other customer and then once I asked her again she rolled her eyes at me and had attitude while handing me my cup. Another time with the same worker, I was asking for pepperonis and she ignored me again even though I asked her multiple times. I understand it can be loud in there but I repeated it multiple times and raised my voice every time so she can hear me.

The WORST attention I have received in several years. The girl who served us made gestures of annoyance when serving us, apparently we were not “fast enough” when ordering.
I hadn't gone to Subway for about two years for the same reason, bad treatment... I DON'T GO TO A SUBWAY WITH MY FAMILY ANYMORE!!

Whoever is on staff tonight doesn't know what a meatball marinara is. Got DoorDash and despite having it on the receipt, I received a ranch, olive, and turkey abomination that was absolutely soaked through.

I have been in numerous times to get cookies and everytime I go I am told they are cookies from yesterday and none of them were made that day. This is absolutely disgusting how can you serve rock hard cookies that are stale? Who is in charge here ? Why is management not checking these things or making them fresh themselves?? It always looks sloppy and nasty when I get to the vegetable side I mean come on now can we not wipe off the previous sandwich mess ? I have noticed a lot of changes lately lots of random new faces and to be honest I miss the old crew they were always happy and smiling none the less the guy Adrian had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bring back the smiles and happy atmosphere. I feel that I will not be back for a while if anything until this change for the better!

I ordered a sandwhich for delivery and called ahead to ask for extra lettuce and they said that'd be no problem yet there is almost no lettuce on my sandwhich. To make it even worse they made my sandwhich on stale bread

Waited to pick up an online order and I saw the order was sitting on the counter. I asked one of the employees if I could grab it. I got completely ignored by the two employees that were working at 9:05 pm on Aug 22. I left the order there and left after waiting 7 plus minutes in silence. The one employee who was training does not need to be training anyone as they have horrible customer service skills.

No trouble ordering, due to 1 employee working she had to stop making my sandwich twice, no problem again….. only negative thing was the employee having gloves on, she was touching raw meat, the cheese, I asked for 2 cookies…. Didn’t change her gloves. My cookies have raw meat on them….. I still tipped.

I worked at a subway for 2 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from one, I understand it’s lunch rush. However there was no quickness to orders or attempt to speed up the line. The line was to the door and I was in line for 15 minutes or longer. Lunch rush is a rush, therefore the employees should move faster to accommodate their customers. The food was good as typical.

Took 30-40 minutes to wait in line for 2 sandwiches. Our FOOTLONG philly cheese steak got 1 cup of meat. The Tupperware she warmed it up in was 1/4 of the way full. For a 12 in. We got a sprinkle of peppers as well. We would have asked for more but we didn’t want to wait 10 more minutes AND pay for extra meat. $30 for two foot long subs, no drinks, no chips, and hardly a sandwich. Only 1 older lady working on a Sunday afternoon.
