Weent for a sandwich and the gentlemen preparing the sandwiches proceeded to check out the lady in front of me touching the register and various items and when I asked him to please change his gloves before preparing my sandwich he asked me why. If you are touching multiple sandwiches then the register you are cross-contaminating, it's simple food service Sanitation safety measures. I will not patronize a location that does not train their employees on the importance of changing their gloves after preparing each meal and touching the register. Imagine if you did not eat pork and the person in front of you had a ham sandwich and they did not change their gloves and touch the register then they came and touched your food you are essentially consuming pork

Visited this subway for the first time, it was a horrible experience, lady was giving a different bread than what I choose from the option. Very rude behavior, was not expecting this from Subway…will not visit this store again for sure.

5/5 the young lady that made my sandwich was amazing! Didn’t get her name but her hair had red and black I wanna say box braids! I came here after dialysis and she picked up on me not feeling good! I had to sit while she finished making my sandwich and she was spit on with my sandwich! Omg if she ain’t the manager she needs to be one! From a former subway manager I highly suggest a promotion at the very least a raise! Sue is going above and beyond for her customers! I’ll definitely be back!

That girl is amazing on both of her customer service and sandwich making skills:) Sabrina did some creative lil twist for me on the veggies on my philly and gave me some great suggestions on their veggies selections.. thanks girl you made my day!

I had the best Subway experience I ever had today when I went into the Austin Ave location. Not only was the store clean & tidy, but the 2 staff members that were behind the counter made my experience even better. They were both so kind & helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Their bright attitudes made my day better. I’ve never received such great service at a Subway before in my life.
