we had a wonderful time the only thing that upset me a little was about the face-painting part, so I'll have to do that for my child. Just next time hopefully bigger signs that say wrist bands only!! so one doesn't have to walk the way and not able to get it! over all things went okay
Fun, popular country store. Requires a country drive to get to which is part of the appeal. Store has all sorts of delicious baked goods including frozen pies that you take home and put in the oven. Prices were high, made me cringe a little, but prices are getting high everywhere. I was going to get a fancy cookie, but the ones for sale were looking overcooked. The animatronic chickens that cluck as people walk up the stairs stole the show.
I spent two wonderful hours just sitting in my minivan facing the entrance, watching the animatronic chickens welcome every visitor to the farm. I saw nothing but smiles and laughter—mostly from adults! During that time, several kids and teens came for their Fall festivities interviews. Every single one walked in calmly and came out beaming—smiling, skipping, and running to their parents, proudly sharing their new confidence.
