Ordered large #5 meal with Diet Pepsi at take out window. Received some kind of red carbonated beverage and received NO napkin. Couldn't see this until I arrived home. Retraining on window service?

This location of whataburger is wushu washy, by that I mean it’s not the same product everyday, it’ all depends on who is on the grill as to what your going to get, sometimes it’s awesome and sometimes it isn’t, sometimes you get napkins and sometimes you don’t, sometimes it’s cooked rt and more often it isn’t, I don’t know what you have to do to get the same food EVERYTIME , the manager really needs a review!
