Long wait in drive thru and shakes were unavailable for some reason. This location seems to be very short-staffed. They couldn't take my order one time as were closing early due to staffing issue.
I really love the atmosphere they have here. They are great people. They have great service. They are very accommodating. However their district manager needs a help learning how to communicate in a nicer and calmer way.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly all the way.
