The service was very nice, but a bit slow. My Pina Colada ice was missing a bit of flavor. Maybe because it's clear they can't tell where it has flavor and where it doesn't? The texture was very good. Overall, very good experience!

The shaved ice from here is really delicious in the heat. My mango flavor shaved ice was great & the flavor was spread throughout the whole cup

I miss the ladies from last year, they were awesome and made the best snowcones!! We miss going to Zydeco but not so much wasting money because this new group doesn't make them with love and the poor quality they are giving just has us avoiding this place.😮💨 I do not understand how they write down the order's and still get the flavors wrong, I don't mind waiting in line but it's pretty annoying when the car behind me receives their order before I receive mine, or just not getting the same quality snowcone's they're giving to anyone else. You can see the vivid beautiful colors on the snowcone's and ours barely any color which means there isn't enough syrup on them and to have the audacity to ask for a tip for a whole cup of ice with a splash of syrup, I think not.

A Georgetown tradition! Went here all the time as a teenager and now bring my 3 kids. As a parent I love that they offer small portion sizes. No more throwing away $$ on giant desserts that no kid could possibly finish. The price is amazing, friendly staff. Sometimes long line - which is how you know it’s that good. My recs- if you love salty/sweet get Tiger’s Blood and Mango with chili powder. Like Sour ? - get pickle. Like Sweet? - get dreamsicle. Like Tangy? - get sour mango. Enjoy!

My kids insisted I left a review. Being natives of Louisiana a snowball on a hot sunny day was routine for us and until now we couldn’t find the perfect shaved ice with syrup that actually taste like it’s flavor. When we stopped here, we were in for a Huge Treat. Drive through ✅. Flavors ✅. Shaved ice and not ice chunks ✅. Location ✅. Price ✅. I even support the upcoming increase. If I could add 1 recommendation it would be more hot fries with cheese sauce. They satisfied my inner child and I devoured them so quickly. Lol.

We hired Zydeco Ice for our sales event and they were truly amazing. They were friendly and professional. They showed up early to set up their trailer and served all our guests with a smile! They use traditional New Orleans style ice, so it is super fine and melts in your mouth. Our guests also loved they they offered cream or condensed milk that you could add to the snow cone. What a wonderful treat!

Zydeco was served at my work today and it was AMAZING! My personal favorite is their flavor of the month shark in the shade and I love the presentation and how they shave their ice! Definitely going to grab another one soon!!!
Not a huge fan of the chunk of ice style so the fact that they do shaved to the point where it’s like actual ice is awesome. Also really appreciate they have sugar free options as well. We did the sugar free blue raspberry which was great and didn’t cause my blood sugar to spike. Also the staff was extremely nice. They are the perfect sweet treat to visit on a hot day.

Jus came from this spot and the lady seen us in line and the lady act like she still didn't see us she was talking to another car and didn't tell the car to pull off jus kept talking and this was a young girl it was 2:20 and we was in line for like 10mins no line they was jus talking didn't give snow cones or anything and today's date is 04-04 2025 time 2:20 and we always go here I love this place but today she act like we wasn't there which I didn't like pls train this young girl again pls
