I have given this place multiple chances. My first experience was great. The 2-4 attempts were not. They did not respond to a direct message regarding items they failed to provide and the last 3 times I’ve attempted an order they are out of a major menu item. I wish there was somewhere else in town for Italian. This place has potential but if you can’t serve the menu you should not be open.
Delicious foot, reasonably priced, and friendly staff! Love it there!
Food is always fantastic, but the new servers need full training and not left alone until they are absolutely comfortable with handling all the customers and are familiar with the menu. (Not left alone on first day of work). Tonight everything we ordered was wrong. Initially, three main courses and a pizza were brought out completely wrong. We are assuming we got someone else’s to-go order and they got ours because it wasn’t even close to what we ordered. We ended up canceling...read full review

Giovanni's provides a satisfying meal in a cozy, family-friendly setting, making it a great spot for Italian eats.
