They left the meat off of my sandwich. I ordered a classic add bacon and got just bacon no meat. I live by Bettie so by the time I got home I was not trying to drive back out there.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli has a clean place with nice music, good vibes, and very well done decorations. The sandwich was phenomenal, good flavor, toasty, and very delicious. The gluten free Schlotzsky's sandwich is the best. Service is great, people are nice and friendly, and the new GM is very friendly. One drive-thru worker was friendly, happy, and helpful. However, the food can be bad at some locations; don't order soup because they water it down and it is disgusting.
