Oh my gosh, we ate the best Mexican food at Chachi's today. I knew it was going to be top rated food again because I heard Rosa and Linc Matheny bought the restaurant. I recommend the restaurant highly. It is once again my favorite Mexican place to eat!!! Thank you Rosa and Linc.
Peanut and I just finished beef enchilada dinners from the new Chachi's. Enchiladas were wonderful, beans really flavorful, pico hotter than heck and fresh! So happy to see how well Linc and Rosa and their old/new staff are learning the ropes. Recognize the old treasured recipes but appreciate the new twists they are trying out. Give them a try, folks! Local yokels, I think you'll be pleased!!

An old renovated mexican restaurant. They got authenticate mexican food. Staff was good and friendly. If you are going to Dinosaur state park, this is a must stop for lunch or brunch.
