From the moment I walked in, Story, the manager, made me feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, personable, and engaged in a way that felt completely genuine. Best employee of the franchise I’ve ever interacted with. I’ve traveled across the country countless times to different locations and hands down… blown away. Tonya and Felicia were equally wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and so interactive. Even though I was a complete stranger and it was my very first time there, they treated me like a regular customer they had known for years. It’s rare for a single visit to leave such a strong impression, but this team absolutely did. Great customer service is one thing, making someone feel genuinely seen and welcomed is another.
