“You can’t go wrong with Chicken Express. I live in Granbury so I frequent the one in Granbury. However, when I’m in Glen Rose business, I do make it a point to stop in. The service at this location is just as good as the Granbury location. Sweet tea is a must have during the heat of the summer and I highly recommend the poppers. They are spicy and delicious.“

“The dining room was standing room only, but the food was amazing as always. I’ll write more later about the young service worker who went out of their way to help us with a coupon. Thank you for serving our community.
And I got plenty of sauce. Food is futile sans sauce.“

“Stopped at the Glen Rose DQ on my way home from Colorado Bend State Park. I originally stopped for a banana split, but I couldn't resist getting three tacos for Taco Tuesday instead! The service was the highlight—the lady who helped me was so encouraging. When I mentioned I was on vacation, she gave me great tips and wisely told me to make sure I didn't work during my time off! I agreed completely. The food was great, and the restaurant was clean and quiet. A perfect roadside stop.“
