“When I went to pick up my order at the Taco Bell in Joshua, I realized I had ordered from the wrong location. Because I was unable to cancel on the app, the manager, Mary, made the food I had ordered without charging me again! I really appreciate the great customer service at this location!!!“
“Thank you!!! Im not sure what happened to this Whataburger but I went there around 10am and there's a total 180 since the last few times I went. Service was fast,pleasant, and the food was fresh. I hope this isn't a phase and they keep these employees.“

“December 29th I went to Fast Taco in Joshua Texas got home my order was wrong called a very pleasant young man answered he told me he was waiting for my phone call he knew right away my order was wrong he said I was welcome to come back and they would make it right and they did I returned December 30 and a young lady was Justice Pleasant she helped me get my order I told her to let the manager know what great service I got from both of them I didn't get no names but thank you best taco from great customer service.“

“I stopped here to get both of my kids food as they requested sonic. I got both of them cheeseburgers with only specific toppings as they're a little picky. I got one of them chili cheese tots and the other regular tots. I ordered one of them a blue raspberry slushie with nerds and the other a grape one with nerds. They both ate every bit of their food and said it was so good and they love their drinks. I opened both cheeseburgers before passing them out to make sure the correct one went to the correct kid. Sonic did cause confusion with that as they put a ketchup sticker on only one of the burgers and they both had ketchup and there wasn't any other stickers on them. But that was easily figured out when I opened them of course. The food also came out pretty fast and the girl who brought it to us was nice and made sure we had what we needed.“

“I had a bad experience but I am disabled and this has been my favorite fast food place since moving here 3 yrs ago. During Covid my only place. The only time I eat tacos are on Tuesday. I only get them once a month and I found out I was saying I want the 3 taco combo and I guess for 2 yrs the cashier has always been smarter than me and rings up the 3 for $3 and the drink separate as a good person thinking on there feet and giving the customer the best deal. I ordered 1 extra taco and my meal was over $10 ,I was expecting my normal $8. Told the manager and her answer was you ordered the combo it's alot higher. Really, it's not like it comes with fries. If a stupid customer says taco combo on taco Tuesday a light should go off and just ring the drink separate. It gives the right deal for the customer and doesn't cause friction with employee and customer. If I ordered 3 tacos for 3 dollars they are the same three tacos in the same box if the stupid customer says combo. It's called common sense and training. Still gave you 5 stars because food and service is always good“
