We visited the Sugar Bowl today and what an amazing place!!! It could not be decorated more perfectly! It looks and smells JUST like an ice cream parlor should! It was SUCH a fun place to visit. We loved our ice cream and gelatos and enjoyed talking to the owner so much! We can't wait to come back and we highly recommend this place!

The shop has a wide variety of delicious flavors, including ice cream and excellent gelato. The staff is all so nice, friendly, and patient. The decoration is amazing, with attention to detail carrying the theme of sugary sweets throughout the shop, including the bathroom. The shop also has two little kitchens for the kids to play with. Specific flavors mentioned include Texas Praline, salted caramel, coffee almond fudge, cookie butter, espresso, peanut butter chocolate, strawberry sorbet, mango sorbet, and peanut butter cookie. The cookie butter ice cream is delicious, and the ooey gooey butter bar is a MUST. Free samples are available. It is a great place to treat yourself after visiting Dinosaur Valley state park, and a sweet little slice of small city southern charm.
