I LOVE sonic’s AM crew. I go there consistently (everyday?) and I could not ask for more welcoming people in the morning. They never fail to disappoint, they’re always as quick as they can even short staffed days, I always order on the app and by the time I get there my order is completed, along with them waiting for me. Thank you sonic for all of the fantastic customer service !!! i’ll continue to go there all the time!

Don't go often they are very slow....today is the last time...ordered head..still have to wait ....items missing from order....tots boxes maybe half full....just done with this place.

Took forever and we were still missing part of our order. It seemed to be getting better but the last few times we've gone something has been missing and we have to stand back in line to get it fixed. We've sat and watched customers leaving with their stuff before ours when we ordered before them. Definitely frustrating.

spent 50 bucks to not receive two orders of moz sticks, a large drink, didn’t give us the right sized straws, downsized half out meals to mediums after asking for large.
Usually order online & always have to wait at least 10 minutes longer than I am told, which I usually don't have a problem with. I understand things can be hectic I also work in the food industry, BUT when I order ahead, wait 10 minutes just to see my order is wrong. Then have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be wrong again. That's where they mess up. Ordered 2 of the same exact meal. Got 1 meal the first time, told them I'm missing a whole meal, showed them the receipt i asked for and what i ordered online &Told me it would be 8 minutes. I said that's fine. They opened the window said "thanks ma'am" i Waited just to recieve my entree. Not the side or drink that it came with.. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and just wanted to go home so I said screw it. And left.
