Cook was slow preparing food and used app to place order where everything is not available, so called in rest of order and was told everything would be paid for thru the app. Got to store and was told that I still owed for my phone in order. The croissant is also smaller than it used to be.
If I could give it negative stars I would this place is a joke the general manager has no idea how to manage if another manager dosen't show up he puts people 17 in charge instead of going in and running the store himself and with that the service is horrible I understand that the kids that work there vape inside the kitchen but they have no management to stop them so all of this is a reflection of the general manager and even the owner
Great food, fast service
Orders are usually put together very sloppy, most of the time orders aren't right. In the evening workers will have friends hanging out, outside the restaurant, slowing down service. Probably the worst Sonic there is
You want some coke with your large ice cup? FILLED TO THE BRIM OF ICE, I ORDERED A DRINK NOT A CUP OF ICE. THE BUFFALO POPCORN CHICKEN I ORDERED?? ONLY SAUCE ON 1 OR TWO NUGGETS, TERRIBLE!
Sonic app is down. I only ever use this for 1/2 off drinks. The app is temporarily unavailable. I wanted a route 44 drink. I asked if I could still have it 1/2 off since the app was down. They told me to hold on, then she returned and said pull forward. She takes my card and says the full price. I know it's only $1.50 more.. but she didn't even answer my question, then just tried to have me pay full price. I gave the drink back and after the 1,474 poor customer service trip with this specific sonic... I'm done returning.
Every time we go here, our orders are messed up. Sub fries for tots (still got tots), chicken strips were burnt, daughter got the wrong food in her kids meal and it take at least 15 mins in the drive thru line to get food. And this stuff happens all the time! It doesn’t seem to be operating very well.
Employees need more training. I ordered two sweet teas and there was, no joke, an inch of sugar at the bottom of both cups. THEY DIDNT STIR THE SUGAR! And that was after I reordered my teas because they forgot to put sugar in the first order. I also waited 15 minutes for two meals. And this has happened more than once. It’s not worth it.
Ordered bacon did I get it?? Nope sure didnt. Payed for it though. Ordered no onions, still got those. Patty wasnt even warm enough to melt the cheese. Couldn't give it a zero star or I would. Wont be eating here again. Take some pride in what you do even if it is working fast food people
Rudest manager I have ever encountered! I ordered a sweet tea & a coke zero. After paying and waiting employee came out to tell us they're out of tea. Seriously! They're always out of something every time we're there. The manager yells at the employee to return behind the counter. He explained that he's letting us know they're out. She says "I don't care, get back here". So we have to wait in line again. I ask for my $ back & she says not without a receipt that I didn't even get. So I took an unsweet tea.
Worst experience ever at a sonic, sat at the drive thru window for atleast 25 minutes waiting for our order while watching them take everyone elses order behind us out to them, my order was wrong , and no receipt like i was supposed to get!!
Generally good. Check your order. Standard order accuracy is around 75% for "special" order items.
Bad experience the first and last time. When you expect filled donuts they only fill them on half of them, when most donuts are filled on each side in other donut shops. I live near Godley, but I'd rather drive to Crowely for the donuts you expect. Such a disappointing donut shop all around.
I love the food definitely fresh always in a timely manner and love the staff’s performance and attitude especially the manager Kyle his customer service always is outstanding and always willing to solve the problem with a smile on his face
