This sonic has great staff including managers they are hard workers and they go above and beyond and always strive to get there orders out on time even when there are in a rush thank you owner sam have blessed
Usually order online & always have to wait at least 10 minutes longer than I am told, which I usually don't have a problem with. I understand things can be hectic I also work in the food industry, BUT when I order ahead, wait 10 minutes just to see my order is wrong. Then have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be wrong again. That's where they mess up. Ordered 2 of the same exact meal. Got 1 meal the first time, told them I'm missing a whole meal, showed them the receipt...read full review

I LOVE sonic’s AM crew. I go there consistently (everyday?) and I could not ask for more welcoming people in the morning. They never fail to disappoint, they’re always as quick as they can even short staffed days, I always order on the app and by the time I get there my order is completed, along with them waiting for me. Thank you sonic for all of the fantastic customer service !!! i’ll continue to go there all the time!
