“We had never been here or any of the other locations, but had a craving for fried catfish and thought we’d give it a try. Ordered the 2 pc combo with slaw and okra. The fish and hush puppies were great, the okra had a few pieces that were over-fried and the tartar was just prepackaged. I asked for a water and as the guy at the window was closing it I asked him if there was a charge, he continued to close the window without answering me and already had my card so just added the .52 for the water without my permission or even alerting me to the charge. I understand you’re a small “ish” business and cups, straws and lids cost; it would be great though if employees were trained to say there is a charge, is that ok? I also felt like the prices were steep but maybe that’s bc I live on the gulf coast.“
