This is my 2nd time the Gonzales TX location has left out a part of my order and I’ve had to turn around and go back. Terrible customer service so I requested a refund this 2nd time.
Manager by the name of Joseph is rude and slams window in customers face before they can ask for condiments or any questions!
Just wanted to thank you for my 150 piece order today - Easter Sunday. It was fresh, hot and delicious and the service was excellent. If I could rate you today I would give Golden Chick in Gonzales a 5+++ out of 5
