I can't even put into words how amazing Gonzales Bistro was. The food was amazing. The service is exceptional. Apps: we had the escargot and the baked brie. The brie was amazing, but the escargot was outstanding. For the main course, I had the Cajun Wagyu top sirloin and my wife had grilled European sea bass (Branzino). Both meals were sensational. Every bite was amazing. This is the first time in many, many years, that I have not sent a steak back to the kitchen....

Gonzales Bistro is a little hidden treasure! I've celebrated the last 2 anniversaries there plus take people there all the time to surprise them with great food, great atmosphere, and great service in a small town! they never disappoint!

Nice food,service,ambience and good portions. Tyla our server was great and the Chef special fish was exquisite so as the unique antelope dish. For dessert the crème brûlée was rich and good size to share.

They topped it with house made truffle chocolate at then end which was a v nice touch.

Highly recommend this restaurant for their variety and tasteful selections.
