The lady taking my order was rude she said the half price cheese burger started at 5:00 and at 5:00 I ordered and she ring up the bill it was 16 dollars I pushed the button again and she said it wasn't 5:00 but it was 5:01

Someone needs to train staff to read tickets. it is beyond comprehension that the ticket is clear what was ordered and the product delivered is clearly not what was ordered. 1 in 4 drinks were correct, returned and they said "sorry" and replaced the drinks and assured us the others were correct. not sure the drinks they replaced were even correct, they were supposed to be diet but sure don't taste that way. it will be a long time before I return to this Sonic.
