My kids and I can't help ourselves but get here at least once a week! For me, there's only one thing to order the sour cream chicken enchiladas!
We stopped in here, about 30 minutes before they were supposed to close after the high school softball tournament games, and they were very friendly and happy to accommodate our group of six people. The food came out quickly, and it was all delicious. We got everything from juevos rancheros to fajitas to shrimp and tacos, and The House special enchiladas. Everything was fresh and it was not the same old Mexican food that you get in every other restaurant. It had a very authentic flavor and even the shrimp was delicious. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. We ended up being there well after closing, but they had a few other tables that came in around the same time we did and had stayed late as well and the staff were very nice about it. We made sure to tip really good to help cover the extra time they were there! We would definitely go back if we are in the area again!

Like others have stated, food was bland, salsa bland, chips hard. I got tacos- shells were hard and the taco plate seemed skimpy. I was charged way too much for a side of sour cream that was maybe a tablespoon. Server was not attentive and took a while to get our order (site was not busy.) She tried to run off after getting our drinks, but we had been waiting so long, we knew what we wanted, so I stop her so we could place our order. Good thing I did, bc it took another 10 minutes to get our teas. I've eaten here a few times as I'm new to the area and there's not many options for Mexican food. I have not been impressed any time I've been there.
Also, upon exiting I notice a sign that they charge a service fee for credit card transactions - regardless if the card is a debit card. This is not legal. Service fees cannot be applied to debit cards and cannot be more than what the restaurant pays for actual credit card transactions. I informed the man who checked us out of this.
Casa Grande in Jacksboro has way better food, IMO.
A little about me - I work in the restaurant industry. My territory is all of Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. A few times a year I work in other states, too, as needed. I have more compassion for servers and restaurant owners than the typical customer as I know how things operate and what goes on behind the scenes. I understand people have hard days, so I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and show some grace.

First visit here because of traveling and the teviews. Ordered the lunch combo fajitas. No set up at $14.95. I could live with that, but the beef was dry and burned, almost like jerky. Our waitress was not friendly, maybe she's tired or because we aren't regulars? They did have good chips and salsa. It's a pass for me.

We had two beef fajita take out orders. $40. It was disappointing. The onions were almost black, tasted gross. We had a couple thin slivers of meat. The beans were very runny. The effort put into these plates was not much. I don’t believe this is the norm. At least I hope not. No cheese, no sour cream, no bell peppers. Honestly terrible.

Absolutely worst place to eat! The server was rude as crap had a crappy attitude the whole time! We had to ask for silverware and the food wasn’t even cooked right! We didn’t get anything we asked for! Will 100% never come back and will let everyone we know to now come here

We came through, hoping to find a good Mexican restaurant. Bad experience all the way around. They weren't crowded, but after waiting quite awhile, I had to go ask to be waited on.She never apologized, and no customer skills at all. After bringing our food, she never came back over until she presented our check. During the meal, she sat, with her back to us,rolling silverware.
The enchiladas were so tough, we only managed to eat a few bites.
Definitely not a place we will return.

We've been travelling through Texas and SA Francisco and Mi Familia stood out as great value and one of the best Mexican food we had in the trip. The Chicken Enchilada was excellent as were the plates. Highly recommended place!

Good ambience. Lovely food. We were a vegetarian party and they made lovely food for us.
The food was tasty and not at all heavy in the stomach even though we had cheese enchiladas!!
Will definitely visit again.
Excellent Texmex.
They sat like thirteen of us just walking on in there on a Monday night and served all of us pretty quick. I had a chicken quesadilla. It was excellent.
