Employees were friendly, store was clean, but my pizza was far from adequate. As someone who was a manager of a pizza hut, I can tell you what the problem was. Crust that is tough is caused by using dough that has sat in the cooler too long after being proofed. All pizza hut dough comes frozen, thawed or proofed, then put back in the cooler to be used that day. Some locations will try to stretch it to the next day but that's as far as you are suppose to go. Honestly I would give a five because of the dude named Austin, but he leaving Wednesday....sorry for you pizza hut. You are going to lose a real one unless you pay him more and get him help. That's one you don't want to lose but you got until Wednesday....also brandy is a great driver, so you should pay her a little more too. Food is good but the people that make it are the ones you need.

Pizza Hut in general has gone downhill a lot in the last few years. It gets more expensive but it doesn't match the price with the quality. That being said this particular location is somehow worse than most Pizza Huts. The food might be ok tasting but they do not bother to do it correctly and a lot of the time they even forget what you order so you end up with no drink.
