Brew Drinkery & Bistro Reviews
Happened into this place for the first time last weekend and had a great time! There's a nice big patio out front for when the weather is nice, a dining area by the bar if you want to sit and chat, and a sweet stage in the back room with awesome live music. Food and drink were great- made even better by the fact that every employee served me with a smile. Wish I could get service like that everywhere, but since I can't I'll be back next time I'm in town ( :
Fabulous beer selection! Great atmosphere & friendly staff! Food is very yummy too!
What a great little hidden gem in G-Town. Friendly staff and delicious food (brisket and Jalapeño pizza!!!) with plenty of beer on tap.
Had the pleasure of listening to some great blues with James Hinkle. Looking forward to more live music at this great little venue.

Brew Drinkery & Bistro in Granbury is a popular spot for beer enthusiasts and casual diners alike. It offers a great selection of interesting craft beers on tap, including $7 flight specials, making it a unique destination. The beer and mead are exceptional, and the food is just as good, with standout menu items like the Chet Baker panini, French pizza, pizzas, salads, and other freshly made treats. The friendly crowd and helpful staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and the owner often engages with guests. While there could be more indoor seating, the competent and pleasant servers ensure a good vibe.
