I don't usually change my rating or opinion very often. In this case I felt it was warranted. Basically had a bad experience last week and left a brief review of the event. The owner Jonathan reached out and made the situation right. He is a great guy. I cannot fault him in any of this. He is straightening it out, and has more than earned our business back.
This Chicken Express did such a great job getting all of our meals ready for our field trip to Granbury, TX! We took the campers here after our tour of Fossil Rim which is close by this location. The staff assisted in passing out the meals for the kids and putting ice in all of their cups. The meals were ready upon our arrival, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I tried to fish for the first time, and I think that you can Express stick with chicken… It was really rubbery and fishy smelling and tasting… In the macaroni and cheese was so bland and dry like it had been there for days…
