A recent trip to Chicken Express was an absolute delight! My go-to order is always the three-piece meal, and this visit was no exception. The chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. It's the kind of comfort food that consistently hits the spot. I don't usually change my rating or opinion very often. In this case I felt it was warranted. Basically had a bad experience last week and left a brief review of the event. The owner Jonathan reached out and made the situation right. He is a great guy. I cannot fault him in any of this. He is straightening it out, and has more than earned our business back.
