My girlfriend came in spent $20 on a bowl left with undercooked rice. The rice which she got extra of was undeniably hard. She goes in politely to get a refund, they all giggled even the manager as if they know someone messed up and it was funny. I’m gonna keep contacting chipotle for compensation of some sort but I really want those workers written up or an apology directly from them. Chipotle I emailed yall already, hit me back. I’ll call and email again everyday until I hear something. I’ll create ten different emails if yall try and be slick and avoid this.

Placed a pick up order and this was hands down the worst order I've ever received. These pictures show what it looked like when I opened the bowl, then I separated out the chicken to show how little there was. Barely any food in there, tiniest amount of chicken, and missing lettuce, pico, green, and red sauce. How do you miss 1/2 the order?! This is why we shouldn't have to tip before we receive our food.

Please, someone explain to me how you run out of rice so confidently 45 mins before you close and it is going to be 20 mins before it is ready???? You have 2 containers in front of you with the rice, and you cannot tell that it is running low?? Wow! I am amazed out how fast food employees are always trying to find a way to detour customers from ordering within the last hour of business so that they can leave straight away after closing. I'm definitely not returning to this Chipotle!!

this location in granbury is consistently a let down. dirty as always, hostile customer service and never anything ready. There’s about 10 workers behind the line , another 2 on the grill and still can’t have some shredded lettuce at temp before you run out. Crusty and empty queso still on the line. Katie, do better sweetie
