Always rushing customers as if they’re expected to be getting these orders out in under a minute, which doesn’t allow for thorough comprehension of the order in th first place. Crew needs to slow it down cause they just keep messing up orders for not just me, but everyone I know that orders from there.

I recently placed a DoorDash pickup order at this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Not only were items missing from my order—like my chips—but there were also no utensils or napkins included. On top of that, the staff was consistently unprofessional, rude, and chaotic. They were loudly discussing non-work-related topics, which made the environment uncomfortable. It seems like the management needs to seriously review their hiring practices. Overall, this location could really use some improvements in professionalism and customer service.

For a fast food chain, the food is a major step up from Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc. Portions are large enough that my wife and I can split a burrito and be satisfied. The staff is friendly. Can't say that the tables and floors are always clean at this location, but not so bad to be a turn off. Parking can get a little tight at busy hours.

Just terrible food and service! Super disappointed! Use to be much better. Not sure what happened? The burrito just kept falling apart....was not assembled properly. Queso is like glue with jalapeño. Chips were cold, stale and not salted. I asked for salt and the lady in kitchen just wanted to argue. Won't make this mistake again. Wasted $22.

Horrible! How can you in good conscience put out food like this? I’d a quesadilla!!! A child could make a better quesadilla and I ordered four!! Such a waste of money. Dry chicken almost burned in a bad way. No cheese. No sauce. Super rubbery and cold tortillas that are clearly old. Just awful. Thankfully our DoorDash driver was awesome and I’m resting or I’d be driving down there with all three of these garbage quesadillas for a full refund. I never write reviews like this. Never. But I hope everyone sees this. Don’t waste your money. Who does this??? I could have made WAY better here in my own kitchen. And there are soooo many good Mexican restaurants in this town. I’ll never eat here again. Portions are crazy small too. Insanity.

We went for dinner around 7:20 p.m. There was a long line, which was fine since it moved fairly quickly. However, when we reached the counter to order, we were informed that there was no rice available. It would have been helpful to know this before waiting in line. For a restaurant where the main staples are tortillas, rice, beans, and meat, you would expect those core ingredients to always be available.

Ordered a salad. Then informed me they didn’t have dressing. Why would you allow someone to order a salad and then not say we don’t have dressing? Soda machines were gross. The soda machine also did not work properly. Second time that this location has been a disappointment. Seems it’s going down hill. Will not return.

If I’m being honest I’ve ordered food here through DoorDash, mobile and in person. I LOVE chipotle. One of my favorite places to get a lunch or dinner quick and to go. But this location seems to be struggling quite a bit. Almost every time I go they are out of protein, vegetables, rice etc. the rice isn’t cooked a lot of the times, the fajita veggies are not sautéed all the way and yesterday I went in person and the food was COLD. My mom and I wanted to sit down and eat but couldn’t and had to go home and heat it up. It’s disappointing cause chipotle is sooo good! It just seems like this location is struggling due to poor management or something. And the lobby is never clean. Tables always have food on them or under them. I only write this review in hopes that who ever is managing this location does better. Cause I really do love chipotle.

Ordered a single bowl for pick up. Got to the store. 4 other people in front of me waiting on their pickups. One guy at the Togo order station moving as slow as humanly possible. I mean this guy was just taking his sweet time while his coworkers stood behind the counter with no customers. Eventually, 25 minutes later, after another lady had gone and talked to the staff, someone finally stepped in to help him. All in all it took 40 minutes for me to get a veggie bowl.
