Waited in line for 25 minutes and then the drive thru person said give me a moment, and waited for another 15 minutes, it’s ridiculous.
I understand that people are understaffed but if it’s that bad where there is 2 people in the entire restaurant just close early don’t waste peoples time..

I came through the drive thru and ordered but when I got to window the lady took my money and gave me a small drink and my food I asked if she has the large cup I even told her I wanted to make it the largest after the price jumped up over $4 then she says it's another 1.07 I said you already gave me the small one got down the road and no cheese after waiting a long time

After waiting 20 min in the drive thru line they bring our Taco salads,one tiny cup of salsa,no bag for the flimsy salad boxes. They went in 3 times to get this order right. We get home and the bowls were so overcooked they fell apart. Thus will be the last time I order from this Dairy Queen.

I ordered an oreo and a M&M's blizzard. Received 2 oreo blizzards, and one was half full. I gave both of them to my daughter as hers wasn't even correct, so I ate nothing. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

First I'll start with overall and then break down key things.
My first impressions... Awesome. There's like a whole store on the inside with snacks and things to pick up. Then there's a fast food side and an ice cream side. Place is pretty busy. I went Friday and got banana fudge sundaes.
One male there in particular, short, dull, was less than useless and pretty much hid away rather than being proactive and taking responsibility. He directed us to another cashier who was already working with two others. Honestly don't know how he still has a job there with his lousy performance. He took our order finally and then didn't let the people making it know so we're waiting while nothing is taking place. others are being served while having ordered after ourselves. Then he starts literally yelling as his fellow associate and they banter back and forth until resolve. Point is, one man hindered the experience from being as good as possible. Plenty of potential here but don't go in the afternoon on a Friday is all I have to say, especially if dining in.
Like I said, lots of potential and I see the hype here with dairy Queen now, but it did take just one person to make that experience less than desirable.
One particularly good deal is 5 burger bag and with cheese, that costs about 8 dollars total. Really good value bag. I get them when I go there and they last me the day.
Dietary restrictions: I'm sure there's options in the mini store they have but don't go looking where the burgers and the ice cream is for diet options, haha.
Parking: Despite it being crowded when we got there, there was still plenty of parking to go around.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, theres ice cream. There's treats, snacks, bathrooms. Pretty good place to bring a kid. I feel like I'd like to be taken here as a kid.

Sure are slow on getting food when they are not even busy and I couldn’t even get help when I went inside I had to go to the drive thru. Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to.

Getting to have a blizzard is always a great thing.
The service is good but the food is terrible, the soft drink machine does not work, it did not have antibacterial gel and there was no toilet paper.

The customer service here is ASTRONOMICALLY DREADFUL!!! We grabbed a few napkins, and this Irish, grey haired manager came up to us all irritated and told us we contaminated ALL the napkins. She then proceeded to stare and monitor us for the rest of our visit. My spouse proceeded to apologize and she didn’t say a word and rolled her eyes. WORST PLACE IN GRANBURY!!

Being in real estate, I sometimes need to meet clients in a public place for a first meeting. I met a client there to discuss listing their home for sale. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was good. They did seem to be a bit shortstaffed so it did take a little bit longer to order than normal, but overall no complaints.
