This location is the absolute worst! The last 2 times ordering from here, it's been 2 hrs plus to get my order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today and was told 30 to 40 minutes. It's now been 2hrs and 20 minutes. I called to check on my order and they told me it will be another 30 to 40 minutes, 3hrs+ for a pizza is wild. When I told the employee on the phone next time don't tell me it will be 30 to 40 minutes, tell me it'll be over 2 hours so I can order from somewhere else, he got an attitude and hung up on me.

Order is always accurate and ready at time promised. We always have to do carry out bc they do not deliver to my neighborhood (but they do less than a mile away). Customer service skills of a few of the staff could definitely be improved.

They simply do not have delivery service that is reliable any longer. The app says delivery in 17 minutes. The app shows it come out of the oven and sit there for 45 minutes. Happens every time I try for delivery from this store.

To the girl who messed up my small pizza for my daughter and refused to remake it, needs to work on her customer service skills because what if she was all allergic to pepperoni. are you not gonna remake her pizza then? If I order with no pepperoni on half a pizza, i expect to get no pepperoni on half a pizza. Do better

Save yourself some time & order somewhere else - placed/paid an online future order to be delivered at 12:45pm on a Sat for a celebration of life - came around 1:15pm - didn't show as paid - HORRIBLE manager made such a hassle out of it - delayed our celebration of life - pizza did not taste good what so ever.

I was hesitant to get pizza here because of past bad reviews, but so glad I took the plunge and gave this Domino's Pizza location a try! My family and I always order online, and when we pick up our pizzas, they are piping hot. Delicious, too! I highly recommend this Domino's!

The customer service was great. I ordered Dominos pizza because of the 50% off coupon deal. I completely forgot how much I don't like the crust. Obviously not a problem with the local chain or with the people in Granbury but with the Domino's recipe.
