Fuego Mexican Food

We LOVE Fuego!!
Each and every time we are greeted with a smiling face! The bartender Lydia is one of the best and serves drinks while constantly carrying great conversation and remembering patrons by name. Juan the owner consistently coms to the table to check on customers and genuinely cares. The food is authentic and the Parrillada el Fuego Trini is delicious, big enough for at least four people and the oranges on top are a great edition. We would recommend this place over and over to anyone! Yes the food is great but the staff is the real deal ❤️

Took 40 min to get my online order of one burrito

No customers were in the building .

No one tried to make it right by offering a free app on the next visit… nothing … it was my first time here and I won’t be coming back

We are a group of seven and we had Jolette as our waitress and she was the best waitress we’ve ever had. Very attentive, very caring, very fast. She complimented us and was so sweet and offered to take our picture. 10/10 service!!!

Love their food. We went today for Mother's day my son came and took me to lunch and Fuegos gave me and daughter in law a rose so sweet and thoughtful.

I've been in Granbury for approximately 7 months. I'm not a once a week, go out to the restaurant and order food to bring home kinda guy, but I do enjoy going to restaurants and bringing home a nice meal periodically. It was cinco de mayo, and I was looking for a nice fajita, because I really enjoy fajitas. As I entered fuego, I could smell the unbelievable flavors calling me in. I got to the mitra d and her name was edna, I explained, this is my first time in here, and she immediately told me about two dollar tacos. I thought absolutely give me two, which was one crunchy and one soft. I went on to tell her I would love a fajita meal as well. She did all the order prep for me and just told me hold on which I did about seven minutes ten minutes. She said, there's a lot here. You'll probably have extras for tomorrow. Edna would have been absolutely correct with that statement.If this food did not taste so amazing!! Once I got into it, I knew I would get to the bottom of every one of these styrofoam containers. This is the third place that I've had Mexican food in the Granbury area. This is the first place that I will make a point, to go back to. Thank you , edna , and thank you fuego for a cinco de Mayo meal.That was absolutely top of the line. If you have not been here , don't wait seven months like I did. Two more things...

Also, make sure you get a LARGE portion of refried beans. Best I've had anywhere and they went quick!! Bam!!

Very disappointed. Fajitas are supposed to be sizzling when delivered. The fajitas looked like they had been boiled. Definitely not grilled. All food was cold. All food was very bland. Not seasoned at all. It was just gross .

Our waitress was great - I can't say anything negative about her. The food, however, was not good. I should say, the queso was average & we had churros & ice cream that were pretty decent. My wife's quesadilla was not good, nor was my burrito. I literally had about 1/3 of the burrito filled with large pieces of uncooked onions. I will say that it seemed pretty clean.

Just tried it a few days ago, service, atmosphere was amazing! We loved our server Heidi she was super funny annd anttentive, very fast as well! and the bartender seems very fun too! I recommend Fuego to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Taco Tuesday is my favorite for lunch $2 tacos, quality meat, and amazing salsa choices. Great friendly bar tender as well.

Best place ever food was awesome and our waiter was so nice!! I don’t know why this place is doesn’t have that much people I really recommend this and when there ask for Estefani she’s really nice and awesome!!

It was great! We can in was seated at a booth. Atmosphere was good. Waitress was friendly and attentive. We were in and out quickly. The food was tasty. The tea had a great flavor. Queso a little bland…
