Our server was nice but not super attentive. Food was bland. IHad chicken enchiladas an the chicken looked and tasted like it came out of a can. Queso was bland and soupy chips were cold and stale. I the restaurant was clean. Will not be going back

I'm not from Grandbuey, so I've never eaten at Fuego's before. A coworker took us for lunch while visiting the local office. Food was outstanding. Good variety, good service. Outstanding lunch.

Building is nice food just didn't hit the mark for the price we paid for this Mexican food and I don't recommend this place, it's really loud when we came they were doing karaoke ? sounded like dieing cows in a hail storm. Sadly we won't be back.

Trying a new place today. We saw Fuego while dropping off a package at UPS in Granbury. The hostess, and our waitress, Micah, was a pure delight! She explained the menu very well and made a few recommendations. Very friendly. I had Carne something or another. It had a poblano cream sauce...so yummy. Hubby had fajita beef enchiladas with a carne something sauce...sorry, can't recall the full names. That was yummy too. We had Chili con queso too. The queso was good. Could have been hotter Every thing had a good flavor. Micah and her friendly service put it over the top. We plan on returning to see if visit #2 holds up the 4 star review.

New owner for the past 3 months, he is working hard to rebuild it and make a truly wonderful dining experience. Love the food, the service, and the owner is so nice and comes around to make sure everything is good. I had the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce, yum, the best!! Our New Mexican food place.

Went for a late lunch and had Chicken Enchiladas with poblano cream sauce. Chicken was moist and flavorful and the cream sauce was great. Rice and beans were flavorful as well. Service was impressive and never had to ask for anything. Give it a try, much better than under the old owners.

Beans were extremely watery. Chicken had no flavor. Service was terrible. Do not recommend this place! Save your money and go try “Los Nares Mexican Restaurant” or “Don Melquias” . This place needs to take down their “Mexican food” sign. Nothing is Mexican about their food.
