Messed up order for soccer team. Gave me grief when I had to go back to have sandwiches remade. Owner never responded to my emails. I have eaten my last Jimmy John’s sandwich. Good riddance.

Ordered an Itilian sub. It was not edible. I ordered it from door dash, so a 6 inch sub and a bag of chips was 24 dollars. It was horrible and I couldn't eat it. So I called Jimmy Johns and they refused to do anything about it. I won't be ordering ever again from them nor anyone in my family. There are many other places to order sandwiches, so I'll pass on Jimmy Johns. 🥴

Solid, consistently good sandwiches. App has good rewards that don’t require additional purchase too!

Pro tip… you can ask for extra of any/all topping to load up on some healthy bits, do that with a Little John and you have a decent sized $5 sandwich which is unheard of these days.

My only complaint is the door needs to be fixed/adjusted, you need to be in shape to open that sucker… maybe I order too many Little John’s 😅

I just want to take a moment to shout out Courtney for her customer service and attitude! Every time I come in there, I’m hoping Courtney is working because she is such a great employee and person. Today, I got to witness her being a solution seeker, uplifting teammate, and someone that was committed to providing the best quality customer service, regardless of circumstances going on at the time. I just want yall to know you have a gem in her and she should be promoted to leadership! She’s incredible! She was displaying far more leadership today than the manager on duty. She transformed what could have been a negative experience to a positive one because of her being there. Great work!

Pasta salad was marked with a month old expiration date, how does that even slip by unnoticed? Sandwhich was also dry and tasteless, huge step down from how this location used to be.

Order a Turkey Tom Unwich and I wasn’t impressed! I added extra lettuce, tomato and pickle. I unwrapped it to find a bunch of wet shredded lettuce that’s seen better days! Lettuce should not be browning and you still put in on an order. Underneath all that mess was a row of pickles, tomatoes and the tiniest amount of turkey!? I paid $2 for extra turkey. The turkey was also gross and tasted funny. Nothing was extra on that sandwich except the wet lettuce that literally should have been thrown out last week!

First time I ever ordered from a Jimmy John's- NOT impressed. Online order was ready, but the young girl standing by the front counter just looked at me like a deer in headlights when I walked in and never responded when I said i was there for online order. Sandwich I ordered was the Tuna Club and I had to pull the bread open and look under the veggies to funding miniscule amount if tuna. I "expected/anticipated" that the sandwich would look like the sandwich on the menu, loaded with tuna- boy was I disappointed lol. I'll never order again and in this economy, with good old Subway making a good portion tuna, you guys need to up your game and not have false representation of your food. Granbury's food service just gets worse and worse. Damn shame, I was expecting more.
