Oh my lord these tamales sent me to heaven! I came here in the morning right after she opened and got a dozen pork. Super quick and friendly service. The tamales are so well made and fresh. They have an amazing taste and texture. Also be warned, the green salsa is very spicy!
The food & customer service sets the Bar high. I had to cater a last minute party for 50, placed my ordered Tuesday night and picked up Friday - Everyone raved about it! The Food is homemade and superior.
I have been passing by the tamale trailer in Tolar and finally stopped to pick up a mixed dozen - brisket and jalapeno bean. So glad I stopped - by far the best tamales I have ever had! I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors!
