All we did was order tenders for the whole family. The store was empty. No other customers and they still took over a half hour to get us our food. They never gave us updates on anything. Very rude and unprofessional

When I got home order was wrong so I had to go back to get the chicken and they acted like so it happens. They would not even give like 10% off my next order. The manager said they would fix what was wrong with order and that's it even though I had to drive 15 mins there and 15 mins back home. Wasted my time and gas on second trip. Not a very good manager. They never answer there phone I have called several times.

We enjoy KFC so we continue to give this location a try. But it's always a disappointment. Service is not great & they are slow. Inside is not clean. Food doesn't taste fresh, except potatoes & gravy. Every time we hope food will be better or service will change & it hasn't yet.

Where can I start on this review. Went in on Dec. 18-2023. Went up to the counter to -place my order only to see that they had zero chicken It's a chicken place for God's sake & no chicken The two so called 'workers' couldn't care less!!! Then saw a little elderly man asking for his fries that he ordered only to be repeatly asked for his receipt . So after an argument back & forth he finally got his fries . Poor guy . Absolutely ridiculous !!!! After looking at the place & saw how filthy it was I wouldn't let my dog eat there. I walked out & will never again go back in that nasty,nasty place. They definitely should close that place down.

Drove thru at 1230 pm. Was not busy. Ordered one chicken sandwich and one five piece chicken strip with fries. Took over FIFTEEN minutes to receive order and the strips were cold! I asked for Ranch dipping sauce. Received NONE! The employee was friendly but the overall service/experience was terrible! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! KFC can do MUCH better! My experience was a reflection of a poorly managed store in my opinion! LOTS of room for improvements!!

Ordered through the app. Ordered original bucket and tenders meal. Got all extra crispy instead of original. Didn’t get the tenders meal cause she got the boxes mixed up while waiting on fries to cook. Ordered 20 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes on fries to get done.

Very disappointed, we got the 12 piece bucket with 3 sides. It was supposed to have 3 breast, 3 thighs, 3 wings and 3 legs. We got home and there were only 10 pieces and 2 of the breast we're missing. Spent 40 dollars on this. Won't be back.

I decided to try KFC at noon today. I ordered a breast, mashed potatoes, and slaw, to go. I was very apprehensive as the reviews are horrible. The lady who waited on me said they've been under new management for 8 months. OK! They've got to be better than before, they weren't. The breast was fried in old oil and was tough. The potatoes weren't fresh. The slaw and biscuit was OK. The lady was very nice. That's it for me. Will they EVER find someone who can get it right? I recommend nothing. I

I had lunch here today . The chicken was the best chicken I have ever ate!! It was cooked to perfection. I wish I would have taken a photo but I did not think about it before it was nothing but bones.

The chicken was totally greasy and squash down into the bucket we were supposed to have mashed potatoes and gravy y’all sent some kind of nasty french fries and gravy the only thing that was good was the biscuits. We will not be eating there again this is not the first time.

I have done the online order twice and twice KFC has gotten it wrong. This last time when I arrived to pick up I asked them to verify my order and they looked and said it was correct BUT AGAIN THEY GOT IT WRONG. Geez not too bright or they dont
