We enjoy KFC so we continue to give this location a try. But it's always a disappointment. Service is not great & they are slow. Inside is not clean. Food doesn't taste fresh, except potatoes & gravy. Every time we hope food will be better or service will change & it hasn't yet.
Where can I start on this review. Went in on Dec. 18-2023. Went up to the counter to -place my order only to see that they had zero chicken It's a chicken place for God's sake & no chicken The two so called 'workers' couldn't care less!!! Then saw a little elderly man asking for his fries that he ordered only to be repeatly asked for his receipt . So after an argument back & forth he finally got his fries . Poor guy . When I got home order was wrong so I had to go back to get the chicken and they acted like so it happens. They would not even give like 10% off my next order. The manager said they would fix what was wrong with order and that's it even though I had to drive 15 mins there and 15 mins back home. Wasted my time and gas on second trip. Not a very good manager. They never answer there phone I have called several times.
