We had a pleasant experience
Avery was such a big help, new management, they really did a great job with the food and service!
Messed up the our order twice live pretty far. They didn't redo the whole meal had to come back a different day. But at least they replaced the chicken after they charged us for a bucket and gave us tenders. 2 pretty mediocre meals wife was not happy. But one of the girls staff member super nice friendly. So couldn't give one star.

KFC is a restaurant that some customers enjoy visiting, but they hope for improvements in several areas. The service is often slow and the interior could be cleaner. While the chicken has been praised as delicious and cooked to perfection, other menu items like the fries have been described as not hot and not adequately filled. The removal of potato wedges has also disappointed some customers. The attitude of the staff has been mentioned as making a significant impact on the dining experience, with some expressing dissatisfaction.
