This place has to be a joke, brisket potato aka the pit spud is a potato and brisket ontop they put the sour cream, butter and bacon on the side in a bowl. The butter is so frozen I made a mess trying to spread it, here’s an idea melt the butter when you make the potato why am I adding it myself. I got ribs as a second option and they were tough not fall off the bone anything. I got hush puppies and fried okra as my sides and the hush puppies are so frozen they are dry and hard/chewy. I got okra and they were bland and cold. DONT EAT HERE drive to Fort Worth and get real BBQ

I got ribs and lean brisket with a side of mashed potatoes and cowboy beans. Everything was cooked to perfection but I found there was something missing... spices. There was no bark on the brisket and the ribs just tasted like pork. The beans did not have much flavor beyond a little tang. The mashed potatoes were bland and very thick.
The portions were very generous and I did not leave hungry.
I should have asked for some spicier bbq sauce or if they had anything besides their standard sauce.
I have had worse and I have had better. I am no expert on bbq but I would have liked a tastier bbq with more spices.
