Great fast food. Clean restaurant.

Not sure what the point of mobile ordering is when you have to stand in line when you get there to give your name and then they start your order. They had staff but clearly not managed well. For mediocre fast food Chinese it's not worth the hassle. No apologies for being behind on orders. Just told there's a line to stand in.

Neyda our server was incredible, this has been the best experience yet since moving to Grandbury. Everywhere I go I feel like they get my order wrong but this place has been the first spot on overall service. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time I've came to Panda and the orange chicken is hard. Like you can't chew it
It's hard as rocks. The service was great. They were friendly. My issue is either the foods not being cooked right or its sitting out too long. I hope they fix that

I eat at Panda in Garland and it's always good. Ate in Granbury today and the food was barely warm and all tasted old. No egg rolls, no Kung Pao. Too bad for me I guess.

Ordered online arrived at the time my order said it would be ready, it was not!! They made me wait 30 minutes after my quoted time and they were the ones that were upset because I was asking for my order! Ridiculous!!

Very very poor service, no personality - no greeting.... seemed to be just suffering through their shift, and pass that in to clients...

This usually is caused by a toxic work environment, read y'all's reviews and straighten up guys.

Service is an honor not a duty.

I should not be made to feel guilty while trying to grab a quick lunch. And please leave my child out of it. I am definitely not sure I will return to this location.

Ok so this has happened the last 2 times with delivery
You did not include any soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce. What's y'all's problem please tell me it should be common sense.and you have your phone set to not ring. Class act guys.

Fresh, good food at about $10 a person for a plate. Chow mein was undercooked and chewy, but all else was decent. NO VEGGIES LOOKED GOOD. CABBAGE WAS OVERCOOKED AND REPULSIVE. green bean chicken was delicious.
