Service seems pretty hands off. Environment was clean. Not all of the food seemed very fresh, and they were out of a lot. It was better than I expect for a cafeteria style chinese fast food place.

I ordered a bowl with Mushroom Chicken. Not only was the bowl not full, but there wasn’t one piece of chicken in the entree! I did call to let them know, and the manager was very apologetic. She offered me a replacement meal, but by then it was too late. Be careful, Panda Express…there are plenty of other restaurants in Granbury to choose from!!

As always at Panda, it depends on who makes your order. Food is good, hot but service needs to be consistent. One person makes a good meal, the next will cut the servings almost in half. Luck of the draw at Panda. So I downgrafe service. Food good.
