I’ve been here many times, and not once, have I ever had a flawless experience. Every. Single. Time, there’s been an issue with the lanes. The game gets cut 3-5 minutes, which I’m never reimbursed for. It’s a cool place, but kind of a bummer.
This was my first time at pins as I am new to the area and I went with family that have been going there a long time. I will say this place does not disappoint! It was amazing! Phillip is the head of the kitchen and he helped us with picking things off the menu. What is so unique about this place is that it is a scratch kitchen in a bowling alley! I’ve never seen one like that. He mixes all his seasonings in house. He makes his ranch in house and cuts all the produce fresh....
Good environment for our family. I have had a great experience each time we have been. The staff exemplify good hospitality & work hard in a fast paced environment to serve well. We really enjoyed the food & getting to meet Phillip!! Great job Pins!!
