Used drive thru, can't really judge the atmosphere

Workers yelling fussing laughing and dancing to the front of the register. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend, does it instill confidence that my food wasn't dropped on the floor...

If I order my food for here I want it on a tray not in this container that makes it soggy. Then when I spoke up the guy says, oh well they put it in a container. Normalize listening to instructions when someone orders.

It was fantastic!! Just like it is Everytime I've been. I've never really been a fan of chicken but it's never tasted so good before either. It is the best chicken I have ever eaten!! That is no joke, my daughter recommended Cane's. I was not excited. But then I tried it and I'll never think of chicken the same again! And that sauce is amazing... I really like the toast as well. Cane's is now a once a week thing. I love them and it's the only chicken I will eat!

We went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago, and we got home and I asked for my toast to be toasted on both sides and it was soggy and almost like it hadn't been toasted. My fries are also extremely over salted and stale.. I love canes because it's fresh and consistent and this time the food was very disappointing. The service, however, in the drive thru was phenomenal! Good work to the staff working the drive!

There was a young man there that was very professional told me about trading the coleslaw I didn't eat in for something else because of the trade out system they had. He was very helpful and nice guy I can tell he likes his Job and just wants to be helpful that's awesome. Great experience. Thank You!

Ordered to go. Food set on the counter and 2 of the workers looked at it and walked on by. People that order behind us had there food served to them as ours sat. Sad used to be better. And no it wasn't busy.
