Kayla helped with our order. She was very professional and pleasant! Loved her cheerful but not overbearing attitude! It was raining & that sometimes gives ppl a bad attitude. But she was great! Just bought a bacon cheeseburger meal for me and a plain burger for my dog $20. Got home and the bacon burger was so soggy, I could barely eat it... it sucked. Over priced and nasty... won't be back.

There was a very pungent smell that made us order and leave. First and last time we will order inside. The line was in the drive thru was long so my husband thought going inside will be easier. Huge mistake! Hopefully they fix it soon. I have read lots of horrible reviews on the smell. Unfortunately, this is the only location here.

For the love of God it STINKS in there. Smells like sewer outside, inside, and all over. How is that allowed, cooking & serving food while it stinks like that. Something is clearly wrong with the drainage.

There's always something wrong I can never get a completely correct order. When I order ahead they only once saw that I didn't want ice on my coke, my food more than once taste like it's been siting out, and when I get there on the schedule they give I always get there at the last time slot it gives and I always have to wait 5-10 min at a slow time and on the busy times I wait 15-25 min. I would go to the glen rose location and they know what to do so I know it's a location issue and not a company issue.
