I ordered Lemon pepper and hot honey rub, with extra seasoning. I always ask for extra seasoning because it’s never enough. This is how I got my chicken, there is literally no seasoning on this chicken. I stopped coming to this Wing Stop for this very reason, but it’s close to my job so I gave them another shot. I don’t know if the employees just don’t care, doing it on purpose or rushing; either way it’s an inconvenience and continues to be an issue.

My wife and I ordered online so we could get our food quicker. Only to wait 55 minutes to get our food. I asked multiple time if it was ready or being prepared. Once I asked for the 4th time the staff realized it had been ready and was just sitting where I had asked them to check. We left in a hurry frustrated and late to where we were headed. Once we got the food we didn’t receive any of the 3 ranches we paid for. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review good or bad. And this was very bad.

I love wingstop but have started to avoid the granbury location. In the past the fries have always been soggy and overcooked while the chicken is UNDERcooked and slimey.
But I took a chance on it on Saturday (5/11) around 4pm. Food was SO delicious and came out so fast!! Whoever was working that day deserves a fat raise ? ?

Decided to have wing stop for dinner last night got the 20 peace special the bbq and lemon pepper woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and I’ve felt terrible ever since. Wasn’t just me my little brother got an upset stomach too but from the other end. I don’t get an upset stomach easily so just think twice before getting food from here .
