Apsara Stumbled upon an Asian plaza near where I was staying. Glad I discovered Apsara, which specialized in Cambodian and Thai cuisines. I got Lort Cha (11.95), which is a Cambodian Stir fried rice pin noodle plate with egg, chives, and bean sprouts. This was a fantastic dish. I rarely find noodles in this shape. So I came in here on a blind trip by myself. Saw that they have Pad Thai and oh, they have an option to go to spice level 9000 and said sure, why not.Listen, the food tasted great! But MAN, that made me cry and slurp some more.My Valentina gut counted out and had to ask for the take me home box.Is it better than other places? I'm not an expert.
