The young man that waited on us was very attentive and courteous! However, they were out of nuts, hot fudge, cherries, bananas, bottled water, and several standard flavors and the restrooms were locked, lol. The drive thru window is boarded up. A woman, assuming the manager or owner walked in, walked right past customers into the cash register and then walked straight back out. Never spoke to anyone working there or gave a customer greeting. The kid at the counter is trying his best though. This place won't last long.Review updated:District manager reached out and made an offer of sundaes for my family. She owned the issues and stated there's no excuse, it will get better. I look forward to our follow up visit. I'll keep posting.

This a the cake that was presented to me after we ordered and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Called the store and left a message for the manager to call back, to this day we still haven’t gotten a call back. Called corporate and they have yet to call us back.

Don't waste your time! Go to Kroger's instead and make your own. That's what we did. No toppings, no whip cream, no hot fudge, no bananas, etc., etc., etc.! Employee's don't even know what they offer!

This place is horrible!!! don't even bother. Rude employees every single time... we have tried to get any ice cream and they never have Cones lol or specific ice cream flavors, one time I just drove off, today I said let me try one more time as soon as I started ordering "We don't have chocolate cones, just sugar cones" get your place in order. I will never come back. Is true they never have anything. I don't understand why have a ice cream place and don't have anything to serve the customers ? ?

I went to get some I cream and asked for a banana split and was told they didn’t have the container to put it in so then I asked for coffee and was told they didn’t have coffee made so I asked for cold brew and they didn’t have tat either. That wasn’t the only issue. They were very rude. Bad service. No stars at all for them. BAD SERVICE! RUDE PEOPLE!

I have gone to this location twice and I don't think that I will be returning. I have never gone to a business that charge you for the cone or the cup for your ice cream to be put in. So you are actually paying for a empty cone and ice cream. It isn't listed on the price list so it's a hidden charge but it shows up on the receipt after it is printed. That is so bogus.

I really dislike coming here. Every time I come here they out of something and the attitude is nasty. Trust I’m not coming here for myself it’s only me doing Doordash. Besides Baskin Robbins is not like they use to be. Look at their overall review score it speaks for itself.
Customer service is terrible. Ordered a chocolate shake and it was runny as chocolate milk. They need to be trained better, especially if they are going to charge $6.27. Not sure what the charge of .48 is for. Says Lake Ridge Parkway. Definitely will not be back. The girl told me that well just not order it if you don't like it. Pretty bold!!!

They advertise having Sundaes, but every time I stop by they tell me that they don't sell Sundaes. My suggestion is to not advertise something that you don't Provide.
