Horrible experience we were never greeted upon our arrival. Kind of just standing there waiting like a lost puppy waiting for someone to acknowledge us. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE OUT OF ICE CREAM OR SPECIFIC FLAVORS. As a business you gotta have enough supply to last you the whole day 💯
Absolutely livid right now. I place the order and went to pick up caked after setting up party decorations at home. No cake was made. Completely forgot. Now I have an apology and no cake for the graduation party. Never again.
