Still the best for my family. They are like family to us. We've been enjoying this place for over 20 years.

Wheelchair accessibility: Having mobility issues at the moment, I can say it is excellent!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Grand Prairie. We went here for my son's birthday party this year. Every time I go I try to order something different, and it's always good. The staff are very accommodating to our dietiary needs.

Dietary restrictions: We can make substitutions to our order to fit our diets. Sometimes it's an upcharge but it is reasonable.

Parking: The location is easy to get to from the interstate.

I used to love Beto's as a kid. I still do, but I used to, too.

Best thing about it was the service. The food was mediocre at best. The chili relleno with beef fajita meat had maybe four small pieces. The queso was watery and bland. Best food item was the chips. If you want good Tex Mex go next door.

I've lived in Texas for 27 years plus and have not had a chimichanga that quite met my expectations. Furthermore, I tend to avoid Chain Mexican restaurants. We went to this place because we were in the area and needed to eat, The waiter highly recommended the chimis. It was excellent, I'll go back,

I am just not a fan. I've tried 3 times after 3 different people's recommendations. I keep thinking I will enjoy (trust these people, I do). Interesting fact, they all mention the chile relleno. Wife gets that and loves it, I've had 3 different dishes .

Different flavor palette I must have.
Staff is always proper.

Our family just went to Beto’s for the first time and we were blown away by the food AND the service. Stephanie was a great waitress who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her food recommendations were great and we loved the food. The birria tacos were excellent. Albert, the manager, visited each table a few times. Very satisfied; will be returning and recommending.

Sad to say the customer service there is terrible, my wife and I drove 40 minutes or so to get there but because of traffic we arrived 10 minutes before 9pm, seating customers stops at 9pm, Beto's closes at 10pm and there were still plenty of people in the dining area eating, but the servers were ready to go, even though we're regular customers having been there several times they turned us away, the manager stated there was nothing he could do for us except allow us to sit in the bar area, we're 67 and 68 years old, my wife is afraid of the high top tables there so we ended up going next door to the Blue Goose which serves great food and they were glad to have us, we ended up spending a little less than $50.00 there, I guess Beto's didn't need our business. I read the story about the dad who opened it years ago with the help of his sons and wonder if he would have turned us away as well...........Albert I appreciate your response, I understand your hours but we did get there 10 minutes before 9pm and plenty of people were still there eating. No one was interested in helping us last night, had we been seated we would have been out by 9:30 or so, all we ordered at the Blue Goose was Nachos, Tortillas, and queso with our drinks, I would have given your food a better rating but there are times your Margaritas taste watered down. My wife and I brought her parents there more than 10 years ago before they passed away so for us it holds memories. Don Duke Jr.
