Our dinner at Betos was ok. When we received our guacamole there was a tiny spider in it. My husband took it to our server. She said that the batch was thrown out and we received a new one. The rest of our meal was very generic. Nothing special. Preston was our server and she was kind and great. I do wish a manager or someone acknowledged the spider and apologized besides Preston. I could tell she felt embarrassed but not being acknowledged by a manager was weird.
This was my first time eating at BETOS and I was very happy. The service was top notch and the food was very good, it came out quickly and was served hot. The Rita’s were also good. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t tried it.
