I come here a couple times a month and I love this place! Everyone is super nice and they even turn off your reefer so you're not wasting the diesel. When you arrive, you sign in and leave your paperwork at the desk. Someone will come out and tell you what door you have been assigned. The backing may be a little intimidating for rookies.
I tried placing my order one day early because of technical issues with connection in my storage. Adrian did not want to do all that work manually so he suggested I waited until tomorrow in hopes that my service came back up. It did not! By the time I realized I still needed to place my order I called but unfortunately had met deadline. Adrian had the audacity to ask why I didn’t call sooner so which I responded “I did, yesterday! But you didn’t want to take my order manually!” He is the worst that has happened to blue line distribution center. I miss when Alma took care of business. ADRIAN needs better training other than suggesting we wait till last minute!!!
Appointment was at 2pm checked in at 6:30am got empty at 8 am .very nice people .dont have words to appreciate them .love to come here again .first comment on any warehouse in 11 years
The worst experience ever. They kept me from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and only unloaded me at the end of the day, and even then, it was slow. They don't care about your schedule or your work. Horrible place.

Checked in 2 hours early, got a door right away, unloaded in 30 minutes! Great place to deliver to!
Has no parking signs up but can park. Fast and friendly staff. Can be tight.

An excellent place to deliver cargo. If you arrive before your appointment, they can assist you without any problem and I have been there for two kisses.
Was late for the appointment but still they got me unloaded. Appt 6:30 arrived 7am out 10am
Arrived at 930am. Appointment was at 1pm. They unloaded me by 1120pm.Park inside the yard. Take your paperwork inside and check in. They will come outside to give a door when they are ready. No issues today. Thanks
Unloaded here. Good service. You may have to wait a bit to get a door. Once you’re docked doesn’t take long.
