Gave my food to the person in front of me. She got out of her vehicle took it back inside and worked brought it right out to me. Food was cold. Burger was not cooked. They also forgot to give me my drink! 20 bucks in the trash!!! I had to get back to work so I couldn't turn around.

Very rude services had to wait forever to get my online order and the Mexican manager lady was rude and I just ask for water and she said 2.00 for a cup of water after I had wait forever for my food customer service training needs to be had very disappointed in my services today never experienced this horrible service before

Date of Visit: 7/26/25 – Burger King Tonight, I took my family to Burger King for a late-night meal, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The young man at the drive-thru repeatedly referred to me as “brother” — after every single sentence: “Anything else, brother?”, “What size, brother?”, “Your total is, brother,” and so on.
What might have been meant as casual came off as unprofessional, awkward, and frankly, irritating. Even my 4-year-old asked me why the guy kept calling me that — which says a lot. There’s a clear line between being friendly and being unprofessional, and this crossed it.
Burger King is a national brand, not someone’s backyard BBQ. I don’t expect luxury service, but I do expect basic professionalism and respect when I’m spending my money. If this is how your staff is trained to speak to customers, then management needs to seriously reevaluate their standards.
Good evening I visited this facility on 06/26/2025. I was greeted by Zianyia and Elizabeth who were both very nice and friendly as they took my order. The food was prepared by Kevin which was hot and fresh just like I like it. The establishment was clean inside my order was ready in no time. Thank you to this staff for treating me like a King at Burger King. I will be back

For the past couple of months I've been going there to these Burger King who is my grandkids and they have the playground close for the kids every time it's close so I turn around and leave and go to McDonald's across 20 so I wonder why it's I was close can I seeing other customers doing the same thing that playground needs to be open kids are out of school summertime and want to play this burger king is losing businesses
