Very bad, I stopped there a couple of times to get ice cream cones and the ice cream have a wired taste never stopping there again.... fix or clean the ice cream machine ?

This is the last BK in the entire area to be reliable, open, and fast. It’s not necessarily clean on the inside, but the staff are always attentive and friendly. No other BK in the Mansfield/GP/Arlington area is guaranteed to be open and fast.

We had food that was missing and incorrect food. We called back up to the restaurant and were given one bizarre excuse after another from the shift leader in charge.
Asked for Halfzies and got a large order of dried out fries that obviously been under the lamp for a while. How in the hell do you guys screw up something so simple? I was the only one there.
