Today At 8:11 AMWhen I placed a mobile order I chose for a decaffeinated coffee. When I arrived they informed me that they did not have decaffeinated but regular coffee. I informed the drive Thru person that I do not drink caffeine products and asked for hi c. She then informed me that would cost extra. I informed her that your establishment offers decaf but since you do not have it I want something that does not contain caffeine and she began to say It was not her fault and I told her I understand but I was not paying extra when your establishment does not have what I requested. The big issue is that I wasted 5 min of my time trying to get a beverage because she was dead set on charging me extra. I find that type of customer service appalling.

I came in today and it was extremely slow. I'm like "OK, maybe they won't mess up my food this time." I ask for a Double Whopper WITH CHEESE. The lady on the other end even repeated it back. She was sweet, btw. Give her a raise. But of course, you guys ended up messing up my order ONCE AGAIN.

Very slow service, I have no idea how to location has stayed open for years with so little business and poor service.Out of the soda we wanted and the ice cream/milkshake machine is busted.

Saturday 1:45pm 1/20/2024- I went through the drive thru and the gentleman working lacked customer service skills. He clearly doesn’t enjoy working there… Why even work there at all? I ordered small fries and a wrap. After I paid, the worker handed me a bag with just the wrap without saying anything and walked away. I had to wave him down to grab his attention because whatever was happening in the lobby was far too important than doing his JOB. I told him that I was missing fries and with an attitude turned the corner to grab me the missing fries. The food was disgusting!! The tortilla for the wrap was burned and had harden in a couple places. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a week. I want to go back and get a refund but I rather avoid this place at all costs. Also, no napkins in the bag. Isn’t that training 101? I should have read the reviews before giving my money to this dump.

Left people sitting at drive thru without saying anything. Only response is 2nd window when the customer had to speak first. Tried to ask a question and was ignored.

First didn't know they were open after sitting at the drive in speaker for several minutes. Pulled up to the window surprising the 3 staff people to ask and let them know that part. Our order was made wrong and was the worst tasting burger I ever had. Hope they get it together soon.

This place really needs to close down and focus on training their employees on work ethic, customer service, and listening skills. Running it cost more money than closing for a couple of days to focus on getting this business running good. When I say NO JALAPEÑOS it’s because I’m allergic it’s health issues not a choice. I like the food but every time I order #2 no jalapeños they never listen and now I have to go back have them make the burger all over again. Why is it hard to follow instructions the first time. Come on guys?!?
Just a pre cooked burger, cold and dry meat. This was my favorite burger back when they flame broiled the burger fresh, today they cook the expected burger sales in the morning and keep them warm in a pan of water and grease, such a shame.
